Leicestershire business, Primo IT make their mark as a key player in the IT industry. IT specialists Primo IT, have once again been awarded as a supplier on the Framework Agreement for ITRAP – IT Related Accessories and Parts. This enables them to supply hundreds of Universities, Higher and Further Education Colleges across the UK. Up against some serious contenders in the IT industry, as a smaller business, this really highlights the hard work and gives tremendous recognition to the Shepshed based firm.
Primo IT has been on previous iterations of the agreement for 13 years, with the new agreement starting on the 1st June. As there are only a maximum of six companies allowed on the agreement, many have bid and been unsuccessful. To be awarded as a supplier on the framework agreement for the fourth time is of great significance to the team. Richard Harland, Education and Contract Manager at Primo IT, feels like this is a true reflection of the hard work and effort that the team have put in since the business was established, over 16 years ago. “It means a huge amount to us, we have now been rewarded for our hard work in regards to customer service and attention.” However, a great deal of hard work is still to follow. “We need to inform our existing client base that they are now able to continue using our services. We want to spread the word, so people know that there is a company out there that has a personal touch and can provide them with a customer service that some of the other companies may not offer.”
