The Clothes Show discovers

Renowned for discovering talent across its 27 year history, The Clothes Show, in association with Alcatel, is launching The Clothes Show Discovers – a search to find the headline acts for the iconic Alcatel Fashion Theatre, in association with Capital FM.

The Clothes Show scouting team - Andy Turner, Creative Director of The Alcatel Fashion Theatre and Des Lambert, Music Director of the Alcatel Fashion Theatre are searching online portals, festivals, and music venues to seek out the very best of the UK’s emerging talent.

Andy is a highly sought after and well respected Choreographer who has been working extensively in the entertainment, fashion, and corporate worlds for many years. He has choreographed music artists as well as supermodels and was a guest judge on Britain’s Next Top Model.

Des has worked within the music industry for over 20 years producing, recording, performing, mixing, engineering, and composing. His work featuring in the likes of international films Kick Ass and Filth, and TV campaigns such as ‘Renault’ and ‘David Beckham’s Haig Club Whiskey’.

The chosen male and female artiste will then be invited to perform in the renowned Alcatel Fashion Theatre as part of the Rock The Runway performance over five days of the show. Seating over 4,000 visitors at a time with a combined total audience of 100,000, the show has seen top music acts including Amy Winehouse, The Spice Girls, Ella Eyre, The Sugababes, Charli XCX, The Saturdays, JLS and Rae Morris take to the stage.
