A message from Bray & Bray Corporate Lawyer Robin Johnston:
Every now and then I like to remind myself that I'm alive and just how lucky I am to be fit and healthy. This year I'm proving myself in Blighty at the Ironman UK in Bolton and again in Ironman Mallorca. So two full Ironmen in the space of 2 months.
Yes Bolton, that jewel of Lancashire, where the welcome is warm, but not the water... There might be wind and rain too if I’m lucky. Mallorca, by contrast will be hot. Perhaps too hot.
Fancy it? Thought not...
Good news is you don't have to tackle this challenge, I do. All you have to do is donate some of your hard-earned cash to Scope, the disability charity. Simple really.
I have totally self-funded my entries, travel, kit training etc. so every penny I raise will go to Scope. Scope provide support, advice, information and hope to around 250 thousand people every year. They make a huge difference to families across the UK and they need our support to keep going.
So please dig deep, donate and then relax, safe in the knowledge that you've done your bit. I'll do mine on the 17th of July and again on 24 September.

Don't forget to tick the box to reclaim Gift Aid on your donation if you're a UK tax payer. Virgin Money Giving will pass this on in full to charity, making your donation go even further.
