The Champions of England Charity Ball is being held on Saturday 3rd September at Poacher’s Brasserie which was recently voted Best West Leicestershire Restaurant 2016. The restaurant is situated in the pretty Leicestershire village of Thurlaston nestled between Hinckley and Leicester Forest East.
Guest speaker is the legendary John Motson whose wealth of knowledge and information about the beautiful game is quite simply astounding! Snooker champion Willie Thorne will be hosting the event which will also include a Q&A session with Leicester City Legends, Steve Walsh and Muzzy Izzet. Expect lots of healthy banter and a belly full of laughs!
The black tie dinner will consist of a delightful 5 course meal with prosecco reception, half a bottle of wine and dancing until midnight. The evening will start at 7.30pm and will finish at around 1am. Tickets for the evening are £89.50 and are in aid of Age UK Leicester Shire & Rutland, a local charity supporting vulnerable older people.
