Leicestershire Law Firm Lawson-West has appointed an experienced Chartered Legal Executive to its Planning, Protection and Probate department which is overseen by Director Vicky Jones.
Christian Jenkins has considerable experience and joins the firm from Buckles Solicitors in Peterborough where we worked for six years, before that he spent seven years with Tollers Solicitors.
Christian is practised in dealing with Estate Administration, Wills, Inheritance Tax, Grant of Probate and applications to the Court of Protection for his clients.
He will be based primarily at Lawson-West’s Market Harborough office, although he will travel to see clients for appointments at the firms other offices on Leicester’s Meridian Business Park and in Wigston. Christian and his team are also able to make home visits to clients who are unable to get to the office, as well as hospital and care home visits where required.
Christian is looking forward to developing his departments’ services in Market Harborough and its surrounding areas, and plans to regularly attend local networking events to meet local business owners and to emphasise the importance of making a Will.
Christian comments: “I feel that Lawson-West’s values mirror my own which is one of the main reasons I was so keen to work with them. They are in a strong position to be able to offer me additional skills.
"One of my favourite parts of my job is the interaction with clients. Working within the Planning Protection and Probate department allows time for relationship development which I think is invaluable when dealing with the sometimes sensitive issues we are discussing.”
Christian’s appointment supports the development and growth of Lawson-West who are celebrating their 40th year in business this year, with a celebratory party at the Leicester office on August 3rd.
