Tielemans is the youngest Belgian to ever play in the Champions League, when whilst at Anderlecht he featured aged 16 years and 148 days. Averaging almost one goal every six games for Anderlecht, winning two league titles over four seasons. He moved on to AS Monaco for a reported fee of £22 million.

As Tielemans arrives, Portugal international Adrien Silva heads to France. Silva has struggled during his time at Leicester and has only made two Premier League appearances for the foxes this season.

The midfielder is highly rated by new Monaco manger Leonardo Jardim and will be looking for a run of first team football, something he wasn't getting under Claude Puel.
