May 20, 2019

Leicester Digital Live, formerly the E-commercial Conference, has released its speaker line-up for 2019. The conference, which is being held on 8th October, is now in its fifth year, and is securing bigger names and speakers every year.

Held this year at the newly re-opened Haymarket Theatre in the city centre, Leicester Digital Live has secured a raft of international talent to speak at the conference, including Judith Lewis, US SEO expert, Andraz Stalec, CEO of Slovenian digital agency RedOrbit, Irina Rici from HubSpot and Gareth Bakewell from Sky TV. This is in addition to local Leicester/ East Midlands talent Callum McKeefery, founder of reviews.co.uk, Ben Buckton, from Nottingham-based Experian and Ann Stanley, Managing Director of Anicca Digital.

Ann Stanley, who’s agency has been spearheading the conference every year, said “This is the conference’s fifth year, and it continues to go from strength-to-strength, growing in terms of both attendee numbers and the quality of speakers we attract every year.”

She continues; “This year we chose to re-brand the conference Leicester Digital Live, as we believe this conference really puts the city on the map for its burgeoning digital sector. The speakers also represent new topics for discussion including Jim Rowe, an internationally acclaimed expert on Chatbots.”

The event is also attracting big name sponsors, such as Pall-Ex, RP Analytics Recruitment Solutions and Ashbourne Foods. Abby Langley, Marketing Manager for Pall-Ex commented;

“Digital marketing channels are becoming increasingly important for businesses that have traditionally seen themselves as B2B. The re-branding of E-commercial to Leicester Digital Live represents this shift, and at Pall-Ex, we want to support businesses who want to upskill in this area.”

Early bird tickets at £36 each are now on sale from the website. Early bird rates apply until the end of June 2019.
