Wyndham Lodge, the former Melton Mowbray War Memorial Hospital, had already scooped the local East Midlands LABC award in May for its sympathetic and innovative restoration and conversion into outstanding luxury apartments.
The Melton Mowbray based practice was also recently praised at the Leicestershire ProCon Awards for the project. The Lodge and the Stables were put forward for the ‘Regeneration Project of the Year Award’ and was considered a catalyst for the regeneration of the local area.
