Esquires to open new coffee shop at The Wullcomb

Esquires Coffee has announced a brand new opening in Leicester situated at The Wullcomb in Vaughan Way.

The stylish coffee shop will open to the public on Monday, August 10 following a soft launch to residents of The Wullcomb from Thursday, August 6.

Esquires prides itself on its commitment to community, with each store being locally owned offering a global coffee shop setting with local community spirit. The coffee shop, which has seating for over 60 people, will be open from 8.30am - 7pm Mondays to Fridays, and 10am - 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

They'll be serving a range of Fairtrade, organic coffee, cold presses and fresh juices, as well as an extensive breakfast menu including Breakfast Waffles, Baked Turkish Eggs and the Esquires Full English.

The daytime menu will include a range of fresh sandwiches, baguettes and salads, plus signature dishes and a range of cakes and sweet treats.

General Manager, Ryan Taylor, commented: “We’re so excited to be able to open the new store as we look ahead to Leicester’s post-COVID recovery.

"Being located at The Wullcomb we’re looking forward to offering an in-house service to residents in the building, whilst also being just a few steps from Highcross and the John Lewis car park for those visiting the city centre. Whether you’re hosting a work meeting, catching up with friends or grabbing a coffee on the go, we can’t wait to throw the doors open on August 10.”

The opening comes following an investment of around £500,000, with this being the second Esquires opening from the same local owners who are behind the branch on New Walk Place.

Esquires at 83 Vaughan Way will open to the public on Monday, August 10 from 8.30am.

They will be taking part in the Government’s Eat Out to Help Out scheme during August and customers can also collect loyalty points by downloading the LoyLap.
