Everards is looking for new owners to run a pub in a Leicestershire village

An Everards pub is seeking a new owner and there's a virtual tour available.

Most of us have dreamt about running a pub at some point, right? Well now, Everards is looking for new owners of its pub in Hathern.

During the Covid-19 uncertainty, Everards, a local family-run business, has continued to support new talented people in taking on their own independent pub businesses.

The company welcomed six new businessowners in this period to join their extended family.

The Anchor, which is now up for grabs, is a family-friendly pub which sits at the heart of the community in the popular village of Hathern in Leicestershire.

With a modern interior, the pub offers lots of space for customers to enjoy good quality food and drink.

It has a large bar area with plenty of seating, along with a separate dining area which seats 32 and a lovely garden room.

Outside customers are spoilt for choice, there is a large garden with an enclosed children’s play area and space for a bouncy castle which is well loved by the little ones.

There is also the Boatyard courtyard to the rear which provides plenty of seating and is a great spot to host BBQs in the warmer months.

The pub also has a large car park and a Pétanque court.

It has a great local following and offers something for everyone with its popular fish and chip nights, fun Easter egg hunts and quiz nights as well as live music and comedy nights.

It also attracts people from the surrounding areas with its good quality pub food menu and its great outdoor space.

Take a virtual tour of The Anchor for a view of the whole pub.

The Anchor is a well-established business and would suit someone who is looking to be part of a lovely village community and can provide a good quality pub food offer, alongside continuing to keep the village entertained.
