Nicola Morrison FCIPD, Director at The HR Department Leicester and North West Leicestershire, has been named a Business Champion for Falcon Support Services, marking a proud moment in her continued commitment to supporting local people and making a real difference in the community.

In her new role, Nicola will support Falcon by providing increased visibility for the charity's work, championing the voices of homeless and vulnerable individuals, and helping to secure further support from the local business community.

As part of her commitment, she has pledged a regular monthly donation and will actively participate in Falcon-branded events as an advocate for the cause.

"It’s an absolute honour to be named a Business Champion for Falcon Support Services," said Nicola. "Their work supporting vulnerable individuals in our community is both inspiring and essential. At The HR Dept Leicester and North West Leicestershire, we firmly believe in giving back to the local area and helping people to live healthier, happier lives. I’m truly excited to work alongside Falcon to raise awareness and help drive meaningful change."

Falcon Support Services works tirelessly to support those facing homelessness and hardship across Leicestershire. Through its Business Champion programme, it is building a network of likeminded organisations that not only provide vital financial support, but also help amplify its mission.

Lee Hardy, Head of Fundraising at Falcon Support Services, said: "Partnerships like the one with The HR Dept Leicester and North West Leicestershire are vital to the successful delivery of the wide range of services we provide at Falcon.

"By committing to support Falcon, The HR Dept are showing a real commitment to the community and giving a voice to homeless and vulnerable individuals who are often overlooked or prejudged. We are so grateful to have Nicola on board, particularly as we share the same values. I look forward to working with her and the team to make a real difference."

Nicola’s appointment comes as Falcon continues to expand its network of corporate partnerships, support that is essential to delivering ongoing services and creating new opportunities for those who need them most.
