Drone footage of the new Next store at Fosse Park West has been released today, taking customers on a virtual tour.
The new concept store and its staff are ready and waiting for the first customers on Monday, April 12.
At 56,536 sq ft, with significant expansions of two key departments, this is Next's third largest store in the UK.
It's the first of it's new-concept kind as it includes Virgin Holidays, Costa Coffee, and Waterstones stores inside, adding more excitement to the highly anticipated Fosse Park extension.
The introduction of different digital formats throughout the store adds movement, improving the customer journey and encourages the customer to explore.
Enhanced customer service touch points are at the forefront; such as additional fitting rooms, till points and customer collection stations, all adding to a connected store environment.
