Leicestershire pub scoops top county hospitality prize

A premium gastro pub near Melton Mowbray has been named Hospitality Business of the Year.

Owned by ex-England cricketers Harry Gurney and Stuart Broad, The Tap & Run pub received a top hospitality accolade at the Leicestershire Business Awards 2024.

 

The Leicestershire Business Awards gives a platform to businesses from a variety of sectors across the county to showcase their achievements.

 

Harry Gurney, managing director of The Cat & Wickets Pub Company, commented: “We’re delighted to be named Hospitality Business of the Year at the Leicestershire Business Awards. This award is testament to the dedication of a large team of people and it’s brilliant for this to be recognised.
