Local charity announces wellbeing initiative

Try something new for 2022.

Registered charity Shuttlewood Clarke Foundation have announced a wellbeing initiative to enhance health and wellbeing in 2022.


The Try Something New initiative in 2022 commenced on Thursday, January 6, 2022 and enables participants to try a new activity or session free of charge.


The charity and has been providing support, friendship, and wellbeing services to the people of Leicestershire for over 30 years.


Helen Baxter of the Foundation said, "We are delighted to welcome guests to the Foundation to try one of our wellbeing activities.


"We have a wide range of inclusive sessions to try, from meditation and mindfulness to tai chi or singing."


The initiative is a great opportunity to give yourself a health boost and make new friends in a supportive and welcoming setting.

Based in Ulverscroft near Markfield Leicester, the Foundation welcome all ages and abilities.


Classes run throughout the week and are offered on a first come, first served basis, so please get in touch and book now to avoid disappointment.
