New eatery 3 Little Birds to open in Leicester's West End

Scrummy Caribbean-inspired small plates incoming!

Leicester’s West End will welcome the opening of 3 Little Birds this November.

Launching in Hinckley Road, 3 Little Birds will revitalise the unit previously occupied by North Bar & Kitchen and Entropy. Opening as both a cocktail bar and eatery, the restaurant will offer a selection of Caribbean-inspired small plates along with a delicious array of cocktails.

General Manager of 3 Little Birds, Jason George, commented: “We’re delighted to be bringing new life to this wonderful space. Working on the menu concept has been an exciting process and we hope that customers will fully embrace the flavours and fusion we’re creating.” The venue is currently undergoing refurbishment to open with a seated dining area and more casual bar space, as well as a hidden garden to the rear.

With the open kitchen spanning into the restaurant space, it’s set to offer a new and unique dimension to the dining scene in the West End. The menu of Caribbean-inspired small plates is currently being finalised, with flavours and spices to delight all diners.

Dishes will include Hot Trinidad Blazing Wings, Birdies Sweetcorn Riblets, Spiced Salmon Sliders, Popcorn Shrimp Tempura, Rum Baked Pineapple, and more. And you’ll be able to spice up your weekend with their special Sunday Jerk Roast.

Opening in November, 3 Little Birds is recruiting for kitchen, cocktail and waiting staff. Interested parties can email their CV. 3 Little Birds will be located at 42 Hinckley Road, Leicester, LE3 0RB. Watch this space for details of the official opening date.
