A home care company has rewarded its 'outstanding' caregivers.
Home Instead Senior Care Charnwood, Loughborough and Coalville has been rewarding its caregivers with gifts for their ongoing hard work and dedication to caring for elderly people within their community.
The local home care company, which provides companionship focused care in the client’s own home, hand-delivered presents to their caregivers to reward their ongoing dedication to caring for their clients.

Caregivers at Home Instead Charnwood were rewarded for protecting their clients during the nationwide lockdown, as well as the level of care they provide to their clients.
Caregiver Debbie, who has achieved outstanding status for five months was rewarded with a £75 voucher for a restaurant of her choice.
Charlotte said: “Debbie is an amazing caregiver, and always blows us away with her level of commitment to providing quality care for our clients. We hope Debbie enjoyed her treat and we look forward to rewarding many more outstanding caregivers into the future!”
Being named as outstanding also positively affects a caregiver’s earnings, with Home Instead Charnwood offering their outstanding caregivers a higher rate of pay per hour.
