Having joined Nelsons in 2018 Peter Nicholson was drawn to the firm's “innovative and dynamic” approach.
Advising businesses and individuals on a wide range of employment law matters including complex cases involving departures, discrimination and whistleblowing, Peter brings a vast level of experience and expertise to the firm.
Peter said: “I am delighted to be offered this promotion. Nelsons has an excellent reputation across the East Midlands and is renowned for being innovative and dynamic.

“As legal director, I am looking forward taking on a more active leadership role and the challenges that come with that increased responsibility. His promotion is one of several that has taken place across Nelsons’ three offices as it continues to develop its employees across a range of its departments.
